Made from 100% polyester, it is highly abrasion-resistant and has minimal stretch. A practical feature: the stripes on the cord also serve as indicators for its diameter, eliminating any confusion during a climb. Note: The lifespan of Edelrid cords is a maximum of 14 years from the date of manufacture (10 years of usage + 4 years of storage). Depending on frequency of use or damage, the usable lifespan may be reduced.
