Product details

Made in Germany and according to bluesign criteria, the Parrot 9.8 mm rope is a safe, environmentally friendly, and sustainably produced climbing rope. The ecological footprint finds its most unusual origin in the raw material used for rope production: the single rope is made from 100% recycled leftover yarns. This conserves valuable resources and ensures that each rope has a unique design. The rope is treated with Edelrid's standard Thermo-Shield finishing, where a heat treatment optimally shrinks the fibers of the core and sheath. This heat treatment optimizes the sliding properties of the climbing rope, keeping the handling smooth and compact for a long time. Note: The color of the rope may differ from the image, as the rope is made exclusively from mixed leftover yarns.
