The CAMP Skimo Pure Nanotech stands out from other Skimo models due to its construction from Sandvik Nanoflex steel. Its lightweight design makes it ideal for ski mountaineering and fast, demanding ski tours. The connecting bridge features a double row of holes for micrometric length adjustment and can be replaced with the separately available Dyneema strap, resulting in an even lighter and more compact crampon. When used on shoes without a front edge, the T-Stop at the front can be replaced with an optional adapter, sold separately. Sandvik Nanoflex is an innovative steel alloy that is significantly more resilient than thermally treated chrome-molybdenum steel and has a hardness that is 25% greater. This allows for a reduction in the amount of metal used, leading to a remarkable weight reduction while maintaining load capacity.
