The arena unisex kickboard is ideal as a swimming aid for inexperienced swimmers. It can also be used for strength or technique training for experienced swimmers. It helps improve stability and strengthen the legs. Additionally, exercises for the technical improvement of the kick can be excellently performed with the kickboard. The arms are supported by the kickboard, and the upper body remains stable, allowing for complete focus on leg training. The pre-shaped grip holes allow for various hand positions on the kickboard. PVC-free.
