The arena unisex swim board kickboard is ideal as a swimming aid for inexperienced swimmers. It can also be used for strength or technique training for experienced swimmers. It helps improve stability and strengthen the legs. Additionally, exercises to enhance the kicking technique can be excellently performed with the swim board. The arms are supported by the swim board, allowing the upper body to remain stable. This way, one can fully focus on leg training. The pre-shaped grip holes allow for various hand positions on the swim board. PVC-free.
