Ace AF-1 80 Inverted Hollow Set

The ACE skateboard truck type features an inverted kingpin system. The design aims for a low kingpin height to achieve mechanical ground clearance during grinds. It includes a stabilized anchor point for the kingpin. The system utilizes hollow axle pins and a curved base plate to reduce overall weight. Each set comes with two magnetic adapter tools that are compatible with standard tools. The manufacturing is done using an AA 356.2 aluminum alloy in the manufacturer's proprietary casting process. The base plate and hanger are T6 heat-treated. The axle pins are made from SAE 4140 steel alloy and are oversized to stabilize the ball bearings. The axle nuts have a self-tapping function. The pivot bushings are made from hand-cast 96a urethane. The geometry of the suspension is tuned for steering behavior.
