Ace AF-1 33 Inverted Hollow Set

The ACE AF1 Hollow Inverted axle features an inverted kingpin system. The design provides a stable anchor point for the kingpin and allows for a low grind height. This model utilizes a hollow axle system and a curved base plate to reduce weight while maintaining stability. The axle is made from an AA 356.2 alloy. The base plate and hanger are T6 heat-treated. The axle pins are made from SAE 4140 steel alloy and are enlarged to prevent play in the bearings. The axle nuts have a self-tapping function to correct damaged threads. The pivot bushings are made from hand-cast 96a urethane. The suspension system is tuned for steering behavior. Each set includes two magnetic adapter tools that are compatible with common mounting tools and minimize the risk of loss through magnetic fixation. Axle width: 8.0" (203mm), hanger width: 5.4" (137mm), truck height: 2.1" (53mm). Fits boards: 7.75" - 8.125". Upper bushing: 12 mm height | 94a hardness, lower bushing: 14 mm height | 86a hardness.
