93A DF Nano Cubic Red Asymmetrical Shape

The Powell Peralta Dragon Formula Nano Cubic skateboard wheels are constructed from a 93A durometer urethane formulation. This material combines the shock-absorbing properties of a softer wheel on rough terrain with the slide and grip characteristics typically found in harder 99A and 101A wheels. Featuring a high rebound rate that is 18 to 20 percent higher than standard hard wheels, these wheels maintain speed in bowls and skateparks while providing a smoother ride on rough surfaces like streets and sidewalks. The slide performance is achieved through a specific material composition that allows for controlled slides on both rough and smooth terrain without compromising durability or traction. The Nano Cubic shape was developed in collaboration with skateboarder Andy Anderson for street, park, and freestyle applications. The asymmetrical offset design features distinct inner and outer edge profiles. The wider outer edge protects the axle nuts, increases overall stability, facilitates riding over coping, curbs, and cracks, and enables specific maneuvers like coconut wheelies. The inner edge is designed to lock securely onto rails and ledges during grinds while releasing predictably, leaving more of the truck hanger exposed.
