A new horizontal double blade, wavy and serrated, designed for cutting all fruits and vegetables, including soft varieties and citrus fruits. It includes three julienne combs: 2 mm, 4 mm, and 10 mm. The product features a patented dicing system for cutting cubes and diamonds in sizes of 2 mm, 4 mm, and 10 mm. The wavy plate allows for better sliding, and the julienne blade is recessed within the frame. The carriage and the round pusher are made of brushed stainless steel composite material and are equipped with a rotation control system to enable easy and gentle cutting of cubes and sticks. The design combines stainless steel and composite polymers, offering a brushed stainless steel look with a matte finish. It can produce smooth or wavy round slices, julienne cuts of 2 mm, 4 mm, 7 mm, or 10 mm, waffle cuts, cubes, and diamonds with slices of up to 10 mm. Three cutting combs for julienne: 2-5, 7, and 10 mm - with a patented dicing system for cutting into cubes of 2, 4, and 10 mm and into diamonds. Honeycomb structure of the base surface to enhance sliding properties. A julienne blade holder is integrated under the frame.

For smooth and wavy slices as well as julienne cuts of 4 or 10 mm, a waffle cut is possible. The julienne double comb system offers options for 4 and 10 mm.
The system features a horizontal double blade: micro-serrated and wavy. The micro-serrated side is suitable for cutting fruits and vegetables, including very soft ones with skin, such as tomatoes and oranges. The wavy side is designed for waffle cuts.
