Product details

Revolution: Innovative system with a horizontal wave-shaped and ribbed double blade for cutting fruits and vegetables, including very soft ones, especially citrus fruits.

Three cutting combs for julienne: 2-5, 7, and 10 mm - with a patented dicing system for cutting into cubes of 2, 4, and 10 mm and into diamonds. Honeycomb structure of the base surface to enhance sliding properties. A julienne blade holder is integrated under the frame.

The plastic slide and the round pusher made of brushed stainless steel with a rotation control system allow for easy and consistent cutting of cubes and diamonds.

Made of stainless steel and high-quality plastic. Brushed stainless steel surface with a satin finish. For smooth and wavy slices, julienne cuts of 2, 4, or 10 mm, waffle cuts, cubes, and diamonds.

Care: Hand wash the blades. The frame is dishwasher safe.
