Stainless steel mandoline with high-quality plastic. The surface is made of smooth stainless steel with a honeycomb structure, allowing for excellent gliding of food. The height can be adjusted with a new setting system to easily change the slice thickness from 0.5 to 10 mm in 0.5 mm increments.

It allows for smooth and wavy slices as well as julienne cuts of 4 or 10 mm, with a waffle cut option available. The julienne double comb system offers options for 4 and 10 mm.

The system features a horizontal double blade: micro-serrated and wavy. The micro-serrated side is suitable for cutting fruits and vegetables, including very soft ones with skin, such as tomatoes and oranges. The wavy side is designed for waffle cuts.

For perfect safety, it includes an ergonomic pusher and slider, as well as a foldable, non-slip foot. The handle area is located on the blades.

Care involves hand washing the blades, while the frame is dishwasher safe.
