A new horizontal double blade, corrugated and fluted/serrated, designed to cut all fruits and vegetables, including soft varieties and citrus. It includes three julienne combs: 2 mm, 4 mm, and 10 mm. The product features a patented cube system for cutting cubes and diamonds in sizes of 2 mm, 4 mm, and 10 mm. The fluted plate allows for better gliding, and the julienne blade stand is recessed in the frame. The carriage and round pusher are made from brushed stainless steel composite, equipped with a rotation control system for easy and smooth cutting of cubes and pastilles. The design combines stainless steel and composite polymers, featuring a brushed stainless steel look with a matte finish. It can create smooth or corrugated round slices, julienne cuts of 2 mm, 4 mm, 7 mm, or 10 mm, wafer cuts, cubes, and lozenges, with slices up to 10 mm. Care instructions: wash blades by hand; the frame is dishwasher safe.
