The Viper vegetable slicer features a V-shaped blade with a specially designed cutting angle of 19.3°. This ensures a perfect cut, even with very ripe and soft fruits and vegetables. The Viper mandoline is equipped with a patented dicing system that is quick and easy to set up thanks to its "on-off" function. Even tomatoes can be diced using this system.
