Soehnle Page Professional
Jo, I share Ivebreaker86's impression: The touch buttons (on/off and tare) have worked solidly for years, even with wet fingers. I know of other (much worse functioning) touch buttons... So even with crumbs on it: You just press the button with your finger and the scale interprets it correctly. I still wouldn't dip the scale in water or wallow in a bag of muesli ;-)
I would ask the manufacturer nicely. I received the spare parts free of charge for a unit from another manufacturer. But it was also a small manufacturer. Spontaneously judged on my intact scale, a 3D printer could also help, if you can operate a CAD. I use FreeCAD privately and a friend's printer. Whereby the effort is not really worth it for the new price of the scale, unless you are interested in the principle or have fun with it;)

The Soehnle Page Profi kitchen scales do not have an illuminated display as mentioned in the sources provided.
Automatically generated from the .Yes, in principle. You can also find the details under "Return policy". This is normally 30 days.
Yes, it can weigh to the nearest 2g.
Thank you for reporting this, I have just reported this to the responsible department so that they check this again and adjust it on the product page 👍
Warranty claims are to be clarified with the seller and not with the buyer!
If you pour slowly enough, yes.
No, it shows the weight directly. It has no delay
This is the same product but from a different supplier. Conrad with around 43chf is the cheapest supplier.
The scale can weigh grams and pounds (lb). It has a switch in the base.
The hold function is available immediately after switching on. So: 1. press the on/off button 2. the scale needs approx. 2-3 sec until it is ready for the first measurement. 3. you can immediately place an empty container (as a "tare") on it and briefly (~ 1 sec) press the "Hold" button. ==> At this moment the display switches to 0 (zero) so that you can weigh the contents that you then put into the container. If your scale takes more than 10 seconds to do this, I think there could be one of the following problems: 1. the scale is not standing on a straight + stable surface (==> choose a better location) 2. battery is empty (==> replace battery) 3. technical defect of the scale (==> notify customer service if necessary) Good luck!
Yes, the scale reacts to the smallest changes. I am still very satisfied with the scale!
Only with the hold function. This is good if you don't look at the display because the load is so big. When you activate 'Hold', the trolley emits a pip. Then you place the sample on the scale. As soon as the weighing is done, the scale beeps twice. Otherwise it is silent...
I have had this scale since 15.05.2016 and have never had to change the battery.
This is probably a mistake, thank you again for reporting it. The warranty should be adjusted promptly, provided that the manufacturer agrees to the 5 years.
