To reduce the risk of struvite stone formation (recurrences, recurring struvite stones), Urinary has been developed based on the latest scientific findings. To prevent the struvite stones that commonly occur with FLUTD (Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease), the composition of the food has been designed to ensure that the pH level of cat urine is significantly low at 6.4. Urinary contains DL-methionine and ammonium chloride as urine acidifying agents and has a low magnesium content. Additionally, high digestibility and a high energy density are important for prevention.
Feeding recommendation: An average-sized cat (4 kg) should receive approximately 60 g per day. Recommended feeding duration: up to 6 months.
