Question and question - and the hope that someone will work on the WE and answer: Question 1: Are the seats 100% horizontal? This is not declared and not obvious to me. (Question because I can't stand chairs that slope backwards because of slipped discs). Question 2: Are the chairs stackable for cleaning or to gain space? Thank you.

The seats are not 100% horizontal, but are slightly higher at the front than at the back. The chairs are also not stackable.
