The wood finish is spruce with an old wood look, resembling wood that has been stored for 100 years. As a natural product, the wood features intentional cracks and knots. The modern skid base is finished in white matte lacquer, with white feet and a brown cover color. The wood is limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish, giving it a unique vintage appearance. Each bed is unique, with a slightly rustic textured surface.

The thermo spruce undergoes a special process where it is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic and much harder. We use solvent-free water-based lacquers.
