This warranty does not limit statutory warranty claims, and the service is free of charge. A prerequisite for asserting a warranty claim is the return of the defective goods and, if possible, the presentation of the purchase receipt by the customer. In the event of a justified complaint, the paid purchase price and your expense due to the defect will be refunded in full. There is no warranty for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A subsequent purchase warranty for pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
