This warranty does not limit statutory warranty claims, and the service is free of charge. To claim a warranty, the defective goods must be sent back, and the customer should provide the purchase receipt if possible. In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and any expenses related to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no warranty for damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A subsequent purchase guarantee for pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
