Not really, unless you count Apfelkiste.ch where you can buy cover's with something printed on them personally. I have also ordered via Dbrand, it took 1.5 weeks, no customs costs. I could only recommend it.

I had a similar problem with a Lenovo tablet. The only solution was to rotate the tablet (portrait format) so that the start button moved into the usable area. Alternatively, try rearranging the start bar, which should still work with Win 10.
A screen can be connected directly. Adapters from usb C to HDMI, for example, also work perfectly.
Nope, microsoft is not that generous.

If this does not work and there are still remnants of Office 365, reinstalling Windows is the quickest and easiest way to get rid of Office 365 or not to install it at all.

It works perfectly for me with all external devices. With monitors, it even notices the position of the monitor (left, right etc...), so I always have the right setting at home, in the shop, at the beamer.... This thing is really cool!

I got mine with DE-CH
So what does heavy mean? I get them off relatively quickly with a microfibre cloth.
Unfortunately, we are unable to procure the desired version.
If I calculate correctly, that would be 50 weeks... ;) (Release date: 14.12.2017) But still, a great device and a great promotion! I was also lucky enough to get one. Just waiting for it to be delivered to my house too. :)

Surface Book 2 is unfortunately sold without Surface Pen.
