Compromised Ledger hardware wallets
Given the recent reports of compromised Ledger hardware wallets, including emerging reports involving German suppliers, I would like to ask: Do you source Ledger wallets directly from Ledger or through third-party distributors? If so, which ones? Are you planning to conduct a thorough security investigation of all suppliers and distributors to ensure that no tampered devices have entered your supply chain? Would you be willing to publicly share the findings of this investigation and proactively inform all customers who have purchased Ledger devices from Galaxus? Considering the potential financial risks to customers, I believe a transparent and comprehensive investigation is essential. Simply relying on assurances from suppliers would not be sufficient.
