Which furniture brands would you like to see here in future? These are my top 5

Galaxus has pretty much everything, but some iconic brands are still missing from the furniture range. This is where my wish list comes in – a tribute to five brands that have the power to transform your home into a designer’s paradise.

No doubt, Galaxus already has an impressive and inspiring range of products. But still, there are some brands I’d really love to be added. However, this isn't just up to us – the brands themselves get to decide whether they want to work with us Should these brands ever be added, their home accessories, lamps and furniture would be at the top of my shopping list to create a stylish home.

1. Vitra

The furniture from Vitra is far more than just functional – it’s design history. The Swiss brand is known for iconic pieces including the Eames Lounge Chair and also stands for the highest quality. I’m currently obsessed with two new creations by French designer Ronan Bouroullec that Vitra has just unveiled: the Courier desk and the Mynt office chair. The latter’s surprisingly elegant for an office chair – a perfect match for an aesthetic and ergonomic workplace.

2. Ligne Roset

Ligne Roset is known for its innovative and luxurious designs that bring together comfort and aesthetics. The French brand has an unmistakable look that’s characterised by clear lines and high-quality materials. The popular Togo sofa, especially the model with the traditional French print from the Vosges, stands out for me. The French designer Marie Christine Dorner has created a true masterpiece for Ligne Roset that’s both tasteful and durable.

3. USM Haller

USM Haller is synonymous with modular furniture that adapts to every need. The timeless designs from Switzerland are both practical and stylish and offer endless possibilities for individual design. A modular shelf with a zigzag look that perfectly showcases books and decorative items, for example. This particular one is the result of a new collaboration with Armando Cabral. The company produces USM’s first collection of chairs, beds and valets inspired by African symbolism.

4. &tradition

When it comes to Danish design, &tradition is a real game changer. The brand combines classic elegance with modern accents and brings Scandinavian sophistication to any living space. A real highlight in &tradition’s portfolio is the Flowerpot lamp by Verner Panton. The iconic shape from the 1960s is a true eyecatcher. Depending on its colour and pattern, the lamp looks very different. This is plain to see with the latest versions in vibrant colours including cobalt blue with a wave pattern, inspired by the playful and experimental design aesthetics of the 60s.

5. Muuto

Muuto stands for Scandinavian design with a modern twist. The company’s approach combines traditional craft with contemporary shapes and colours. The Kink vase is a great example of this. It’s not just a container for flowers – it’s also a work of art in its own right. With its two openings, it adds a playful and sculptural touch to any room, even when it’s not showcasing flowers.
