

Men: sculpt your body for summer!

The weather's not really showing it yet - but summer is just around the corner, bringing with it sunshine, swimming and light clothing. To get your body back in tip-top shape after those winter months, you'd better start training. Running, weight training, boxing, fitness studio or swimming - the choice is yours!
Running
The running and outdoor jogging season starts up again soon. To make sure your body isn't put through too much of a strain, you can already start slowly to regain your fitness and stamina.

Musculation
Muscle training is ideal for building muscle and training targeted parts of the body. If your flat is too small for a weight station, we recommend you buy dumbbells and a training bench.
Boxing
Boxing is once again very much in vogue and is optimal for effectively training many parts of the body. A must-have: the Muhammad Ali fitness collection by Under Armour!
Fitness
Who wouldn't want them? Abs made of concrete! As well as normal exercises, there are now special machines like the Swingmaxx, allowing you to work your stomach muscles, as well as your biceps & triceps, back and shoulders.
Swimming
Swimming is very healthy, mobilises the whole musculature and does our bodies more good than any other type of sport.
