Spare blade
I should have a replacement blade for the NB-101B 600W model. The attachment with 6 blades. Where can I get this? It seems to be quite difficult to find anywhere and all the dealers say it's not available at the moment.

Swiftpoint Z2
Hello, I was in contact with Swiftpoint and they said that due to the somewhat slow "Pen-Grip" series sales, the Z2 series was not included here. I have one of these in use and am convinced that it is one of the best gaming mice you can buy. Quality, features and software are sometimes far ahead of larger manufacturers. Could Digitec possibly include the Z2 in its range? Thank you and have a good time.

Card holder with airtag and Magsafe
Looking for a card holder for at least 6 cards. Apple Airtag should be able to be stowed away with an Airtag card so that the Airtag does not protrude. I would also like to be able to attach it to the iPhone (Magsafe) from time to time. Any ideas?

Send measurements to the smartphone but not to the manufacturer
Is there a blood pressure monitor that sends the measurements to your smartphone (and saves them locally in Apple Health, for example) without also sending them to the manufacturer of the device? Most of them seem to work only with the manufacturer's app, where you have to register with email and agree that the manufacturer sucks up all the measurements.

Scan to network drive
I had an HP printer that was about 6 years old and unfortunately it stopped working. With this printer I was able to save the scans directly to a network drive (via SMB). However, the newer HP printers no longer seem to support this according to the specification. Is this generally the case, or are there still HP printers that allow scanning to a network drive via the display? Thanks for your help!

3G switch-off
In view of the 3G switch-off (Sunrise 10.6.25, Swisscom end of 25), not only 4G (=data), but also VoLTE (telephoning via LTE) should be selectable for mobile phones in the filter for mobile standard. You cannot make calls with 4G without VoLTE, and some mobiles can only transmit data via 4G!

Delivery performance
Recently I have noticed that the delivery performance at Digitec Galaxus is no longer what I was used to. More and more parcels are not arriving the next day. It says "dispatched", but on closer inspection: "The parcel will be handed over to the post office soon." Even if express delivery would have been possible. However, I find this ecologically questionable and it is also often difficult in terms of time if I have to accept a consignment in the shop at 22:00. In addition, payment on account is not possible. The previously perfect delivery performance was always the main reason for me to buy my IT supplies from Digitec and many other things from Galaxus. I hope they return to their usual performance and reliability, as this has always set Digitec Galaxus apart from others.

S IPS for NANO IPS
I've noticed that you don't have NANO IPS in the search filter choice, S IPS are outdated. S-IPS ~100-110% sRGB 5-6 ms 700-900:1 Old "premium" version IPS Obsolete today Nano IPS 98-135% DCI-P3 1-5 ms 1000:1 yet you have Nano IPS screens that you mention in simple IPS. You don't really have a choice in Fast IPS either. Nor for Mini LEDs, which is a shame.

IPS or OLED?
Can the professionals help me please? I only play first person shooter games (PUBG, CS etc) and I'm not sure whether I should buy an OLED or IPS monitor? If so which models would you currently recommend? Prefer 27 inch max.

Wifi calling abroad
Hi Galaxus Mobile Team and Community During my last trip abroad, I noticed that wifi calling was not active on my iPhone when I was connected to a wifi network. Now at home in Switzerland, wifi calling is activated immediately. I wanted to call a number in Switzerland while abroad and avoid roaming costs with Wifi-Calling. I think this is one of the main applications of Wifi-Calling. Of course, it's a pity that it doesn't work exactly then. Has anyone had similar experiences? Is this a deliberate limitation by Galaxus or Sunrise to earn a few francs more with roaming? The prices per minute are quite high. At first I thought it was a fault with the device or with Galaxus Mobile. But after a few days abroad and now at home, where it works again, I can rule that out.

Not in time with the order
I requested or bought my Lieferrando card at 11:37 and so far I haven't received an email with the code that I can now order. The card also has an expiry date of 24 hours. So if you want to order now, it's better not to order from Galaxus

Geo exclusion zone blockade Dji Mini 4 pro
I bought a drone for the first time and registered the Dji Mini 4 pro with the FOCA. During my first flights, I received messages at various locations that certain functions were blocked due to the GEO restricted zone. I had already informed myself about the topic before the flights. According to the maps, there are no GEO exclusion zones entered at any of the attempted flight locations within a larger radius. What could be the problem?

The manufacturer's warranty will not be accepted or partially reduced
The 2-year manufacturer's guarantee does not apply to Philips Hue and Osram LED light sources. Brack, Migros, Jumbo and other retailers accept the guarantee. Digitec/Galaxus and MediaMarkt do not cover the manufacturer's warranty. The reason for this is understandable. Therefore, always check the product's warranty. Digitec sometimes shortens the manufacturer's guarantee. For example, PC power supplies usually have a 10-year warranty, but Digitec only grants a 2-year warranty or simply shortens it, which is not correct. In my opinion, Digitec/Galaxus should check the manufacturer's guarantees again, as not all of them are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, which is disadvantageous for the customer.

PCI Express (PCIe)
Hi, would it be possible to add the actual number of ports for the product you're looking for to the "PCIe port" section of your computer product search, without having to check each product individually? At the moment, there's only the PCIe version (PCIe 2.0, PCIe 3.0, PCIe 4.0, PCIe 5.0), but not the type of port (x1, x2, x4, x8, x16) which indicates the theoretical maximum bandwidth speed, among other things. For example: PCIe of 5.0 x8 at a theoretical maximum bandwidth of 31.508 GB/s. PCIe 5.0 x16 with a theoretical maximum bandwidth of 63.015 GB/s. or a notification such as PCIe3.0x16 or PCIe4.0x8 or PCIe5.0x4, etc... Thanks in advance.

noTime lightning delivery - disaster...
Hello Together I ordered a "Delock enclosure" for my small SSD on Thursday. It's not a huge thing, I thought....da I'd take advantage of the "lightning delivery", as I needed the enclosure the same evening. OK, paid via Twint...and then just waited. In the evening then the shock...delivery between 00.10 and 01.00 o'clock.....that's not possible at all. I received an email saying that my order would certainly be delivered the next day....OK, let's wait and see...today......(you'd think that since I didn't receive delivery yesterday, my order would be set to priority 1, as it should be everywhere)....but no....again so late. Dear Digitec, I will call you on Monday and explain the whole thing again, but please, reconsider or talk to the noTime people. YOU and noTime are in a bad light.....because you offer this service. Never again, never again! I'd rather have it delivered by post the next day (would have been even better and faster). What do you think? P.S. the drivers per sé, can't help it....but a bit of customer service?

Router with parental control and optical input
My children managed to bypass the parental control on my LG TV and keep watching youtube. I have the UPC/Sunrise connect box and it does not have a parental control. I was thinking about having a router with optic fiber and a parental control (youtube) before the Connect box. Which one would you recommend?

Robot vacuum cleaner with schedule without WLAN
Hello together I'm looking for a robot hoover that can vacuum on a schedule even without a Wi-Fi connection. At the same time, the navigation should be good as I want to use it in a small flat with lots of furniture - LIDAR would be ideal. For most robots, schedules only seem to work with Wi-Fi, are there any exceptions?

Feedback on Galaxus after-sales service - faulty robot, manufacturer more efficient than vendor
Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience of buying and servicing a MOVA S10 Plus hoover on Galaxus.be, which I bought at the end of April 2025. 🔹 As soon as I received it, the appliance had some malfunctions (erratic mapping, forbidden areas ignored...). I reported the problem 24 hours after delivery. 🔹 Galaxus quickly redirected me to the manufacturer instead of dealing with the case directly. This attitude contradicts Directive (EU) 2019/771, which states that the seller is liable in the event of lack of conformity. 🔹 Parasitic contamination then broke out in my home (giardiosis) - making it impossible to return the appliance for health reasons. Galaxus refused to offer a solution, then formally rejected my request on 27 May, despite the special circumstances and my state of health (66% incapacity). 🔹 In the end, it was the manufacturer MOVA itself that took responsibility, asked me to deactivate the robot, and refunded me in full on 6 June. Galaxus, for its part, refused to act for a month, then claimed not to have received the supporting documents, even though they had indeed been sent to them (invoice, proof of destruction, emails from the manufacturer, etc.). ➡️ My aim is not to polemicise, but to inform future customers about after-sales service management, particularly in cases where the situation requires the customer to be adapted or listened to. In my case, the manufacturer was more serious than the seller. Thanks to all those who will read this feedback.
