Hi - robot mops always wash with hot water, more pressure, more friction... all great for tiles or sealed parquet. I'm actually looking for the opposite: a mopping robot that uses low pressure, cold water, and a gentle carpet brush (which I assume also presses onto the parquet and rotates), but I can't find anything good or new. I would appreciate any advice - for me, this is a gap in the market: robots for people with sensitive wooden floors who love natural, only lightly sealed or oiled (I have Rubio Monocoat 2C on mine) parquet. Hello Dreame or Roborock, why don't you build something like this? It's surely a market. Not everyone wants or needs high pressure, high temperature, steam, etc., and not everyone constantly has spaghetti, ketchup, or dog feces on the floor that needs to be cleaned up by a robot. Oh yes, preferably with a special cleaning agent for oiled parquet. Do you have any tips? I would appreciate any suggestion for a truly particularly suitable device!

Dear community, I would like to buy an electric toothbrush for my daughter. The dentist recommended using one, but did not specify a particular model. My daughter is 12 years old. I noticed that there are over 2000 items in the "Percussion" category. The largest part of these are singing bowls, which comprise about 150 items (although there seem to be more scattered in other categories, as the search term "singing bowls" yields over 300 items). Wouldn't it make sense to move these into their own category? This could relieve the overloaded "Percussion" category and bundle the scattered singing bowls into a single category.

all beauty and health products listings should show a scannable bar code. I use the Yuka app which tells me exactly which products are actually bad for you( and there are some really poor products out there!)

Hello Galaxus Lego fans, I would like to know how you judge the very high prices for old Lego sets on the website? I have noticed that for some time now more and more third-party suppliers have been offering their Lego sets for sale on Galaxus and I think it's great that you can get sets that are not or no longer available in retail stores. However, the prices are sometimes 1.5-2.5 times higher than the usual OVP prices on Lego resale platforms. Of course, every buyer and supplier is free to buy or sell their products at any price they want, but for me I lose a bit of trust in the platform when I see these sometimes fictitious prices and I could imagine that others feel the same way. Unfortunately, the Galaxus guidelines do not allow me to add a comment to the products including a price comparison. Is Galaxus doing enough here to protect consumers or should the Community guidelines be adapted in the case of third-party providers to ensure a little more transparency in the prices? And how much "convenience surcharge" do you think is still justified? At what price factor do you see this as "problematic"?

Why are deliveries by Planzer almost systematically (in my experience) announced as delayed on the day of delivery? Why not choose a more reliable partner or adjust delivery times at the time of ordering?

I've been using the Logitech MK710 for a good 7 years now, and slowly but surely, individual keys are giving up the ghost. For some time now, I've been looking for a suitable replacement, as I've realized with dismay that this keyboard is no longer produced. Has anyone found a worthy replacement with a palm rest? I've tested several keyboards in stores and simply couldn't find one that is as comfortable as the MK710.

Probably a naive question, but why has there been no stock for so many weeks? Is this a global shortage due to heatwaves that no one saw coming despite thirty years of continuous warnings, or is it another hold-up caused by the AI super data centers currently under construction? (Personally, I don't need it; I've been hearing a lot about it at the office in recent weeks and I thought people just didn't know how to search properly...)

Planzer does not deliver or leaves the parcels somewhere. The company does not respond to enquiries. And then there's the naïve talk that we want to improve. We've probably had enough time, but it remains as it is, useless. As long as this company delivers, you have to think carefully about whether you want to continue this behaviour.

I would like to buy a compact camera that allows me to get pictures onto my phone without cables or other detours. I want to spend as little as possible. It's not about quality for me.
