Hello, I put an item in my cart with a clearly indicated price. A few hours later, I went back to validate and pay for it. Surprise! The price had gone up by 69 CHF without me being notified. The product in question: OnePlus 15 R displayed at 520 CHF when searching and adding to the cart... discreetly changed to 589 CHF when validating to pay! I hope this is an error, otherwise be careful and take a photo of the prices displayed in your cart before checking out. I have a screenshot of my cart with the price 520 CHF if needed. PS / It would be really sad if Galaxus practices what some dishonest supermarkets do: a price at the checkout different from the one displayed on the shelf. Hi, I'm looking for one or two switches with the following features: 2x10Gbit RJ45 Ports 4-8x2.5Gbit RJ45 Ports silent stable transfer rates I don't need SFP+ ports or PoE. But if it's included, I don't mind. One device should be connected directly to the 10Gbit port of the Internet-Box 4, the second one in the office to distribute the 10Gbit there. So far I have found the following models: Trendnet TEG-S762 QNAP QSW-2104-2T-R2 Both seem to be identical inside, just with a more efficient power supply and a 60.- brand premium for the QNAP. Can anyone recommend another device in the price range up to approx. 160.-? Thanks!

It's interesting to be able to clearly read the difference because it's nutritionally important, whether for dry or wet food. And having to read the manufacturer's description every time is annoying, and sometimes the mention isn't there because on the manufacturer's website it's separated at the beginning and not reported in the descriptions. I ordered two Somfy indoor cameras at the price of CHF 259.95. After doing installation tests, I realized that the configuration of the outlets in my apartment was not practical with these cables. I decided to carefully repackage the camera (the other one was not touched) and send everything back to the sender Conrad. After receiving the refund, I noticed that an amount of CHF 26.- had been deducted for labor. I completely understand that the manufacturer has to check the condition of the goods upon return and charge a percentage, but I find the cost a bit excessive. It's a shame

Could you please add the filter category "CH plug"? I only have one hexagonal socket cut-out (CH socket with three-way configuration) left for the kettle and all the other features are no use to me if I can't plug the appliance in. It won't work with an adapter. Interestingly, this information is often not even given in the description, even though it is so essential.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. I wanted to reorder the same tower fan that I had already ordered (2025) and also one via Amazon. Now, for the first one, I paid about 130 CHF (CH), the second one on Amazon for 98€ - these are okay prices (including CH surcharge). Here on Digitec, a price of 239 CHF is suddenly being asked. I know that dynamic pricing is crazy, especially in the IT market - but simply double the price in the normal market is unserious!!!

Dear Community, I would like to know how regularly, and if at all, you have already received a Galaxus voucher when you moved up a level in the Community? I think I have already collected a few points and have also climbed a level a few times, but I have never won anything. Do you have similar experiences? Or have I just had bad luck so far? And if you have already received vouchers, what were they for? Are they just little token vouchers or are they actually useful?

Hoi Zäme, For some time now (since the last update?), the "Recently viewed products" feature in the Galaxus app no longer works for me. This applies to products I view in the app; it works via the website and is also displayed in the app. Is there a new setting for this in the app?

If you're a man shopping at Galaxus, you're living in paradise: Socks in packs of 10, underwear in multipacks, T-shirts in bundles. All affordable, practical, available. Basics, in short. Just as it should be. And women? Nothing! We pay for the same basic items piece by piece and always more. Same cotton, less material, same simple cut, higher price. Pink pricing in its purest form. Best of all: For women's T-shirts, there's even a "Multipack" filter. The result: individual Metallica shirts and similar items, something without sleeves, wildly mixed colors. The filter isn't broken. There's simply nothing to filter!!! This isn't a niche problem, but everyday life in Switzerland's largest online shop: women earn less on average and pay more for basics. Dear men: Finally understand that this might also affect your household budget with women and girls. Get involved. Thank you! Galaxus, you're good at logistics, assortment, and funny newsletters. Why is the selection of Mini-LED monitors so small here? I'm looking for a 1440p 27" monitor, but I only have a choice between 3 models. 2x older models with various teething problems and few dimming zones. Then there's 1x a new but overpriced model from an unknown cheap brand (incorrectly listed as AOC). I've also seen models incorrectly listed as LED. That's how you can't find them, of course. By now, there should also be significantly more models from well-known brands like AOC, Benq, and others.

Why can't I reach anyone at digitec/galaxus? I sent in a defective coffee capsule machine almost a month ago and I can no longer get any information from digitec/galaxus, let alone contact customer service. All online assistants are useless, everything used to be much better. Also about the move of the store in Winterthur, you didn't get any information that they have changed location, no, they prefer to leave people standing in front of an empty shop. Instead of wanting to expand abroad (Amazon Land) and spending billions there, they should think about a more sensible pricing policy and new, more accessible locations in Switzerland. For example, a location in Embrach, Bülach or Kloten.

I’m looking for a model with a ‘protection’ feature – for example, one that requires a code to ‘unlock’ the buttons, or a key combination. It would also need a digital display and to be radio-controlled. No other functions – as simple as possible. Is there anything like this available? Thank you!

[Grammes per square metre] I’ve already ordered nearly 100 Jack & Jones T-shirts from you, out of a selection of 4,000. Of those, just one T-shirt is made of a heavier fabric – it looks by far the best – and I simply can’t find it anywhere. That’s why I’d really appreciate it if you could specify the GSM and include it in the filter. I’d only buy T-shirts with a high GSM from now on, having realised what a huge difference it makes.
