    Contacting customer service

    You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.

    Improvement of the filter and sorting function

    When searching for different products, I noticed some brands that I don't want to buy for various reasons. If I want to filter accordingly, it's relatively tedious because I then have to select all the brands except the ones I don't want to see. The problem could be easily solved by adding a "Select all" button or link - then you could easily deselect the brands you don't want to see in the results list. This would be extremely practical not only for brands, but also for other search criteria. It would also be excellent if you could sort not only by price, but also by "price per unit". The information is there and is also displayed, so this sorting should be feasible.

    No answer to my questions.

    I have often asked questions about articles. Unfortunately, I usually don't get an answer. When I want to order something, it often has too few details. If you ask in the Community, no answer. Questions should always have to be answered by the retailers. Answers like: "It's from a third-party provider, we don't know." I don't find that acceptable.

    Good morning everyone. For once, not a negative article, but a big compliment to GLAXUS. I ordered a TV a few days ago. After the dispatch status was not updated, I enquired. The parcel somehow got lost. No problem for Galaxus... "We're sending a new one" ..... and it will arrive today. Many thanks to Galaxus for the uncomplicated and professional handling.

    Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable.     Digitec is not available for customers

    It is not possible to make an enquiry about an item that has not yet been delivered (order 158239705...) at Digitec Winterthur by telephone or e-mail. There is no telephone number or e-mail available to customers. This is a pity. I am now forced to physically travel to Winterthur next week to clarify the matter on site. This is not good customer service. I feel cold as a customer.

    Hello, I'd like to suggest a new feature concerning deliveries of multiple orders. Currently, if I order several items and one of them isn't available immediately, the delivery is put on hold. And if I place another order a few days later, it will be delivered regardless of the 1st order on hold. Wouldn't it be easy to detect that a first order is on hold and group them together for a single delivery? Something to think about. Otherwise, thank you for your great service! Best regards

    Switch to Galaxus fibre when SFP ONU is available - Who would do it?

    Hi, I wanted to ask if you would be more likely to switch to Galaxus fibre if instead of the router you were sold a suitable SFP module that you could integrate directly into your existing infrastructure? There are a few people who get round the limitation with spoofing (configuring the SFP module with the information from the Galaxus router), but I think it would be great if this wasn't necessary. There are BBCS compatible SFP modules, so the integration should be easier. What do you think

    Planzer delivery service

    There is already a lot to read about Planzer in the forum. But I can't help but express my anger about the delivery (service). Planzer is the absolute worst there is. Although I still understand that something can be delivered a day later. It can happen. With Planzer, however, nobody really knows when something will be delivered. Message (Monday) parcel collected. Message (Tuesday / 11.05 pm) - delivery not possible Wednesday enquiry to customer service as to why no delivery. The parcel was forgotten to be loaded. HaHa. Question (Wednesday) when will I receive the parcel? Answer, probably not today, maybe tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. My comment, I will be absent from Friday. Answer, yes in that case delivery on Monday. Sorry, that's just sh.... If I don't receive the parcel today, I will refuse to accept it and Digitec can then negotiate with Planzer itself. As a customer, I feel absolutely ripped off.

    As you know, since this summer, QR bills should be the new standard (and thus *replace* the old bills). https://www.paymentstandards.ch/de... Unfortunately, Digitec, as a well-known "digital affine" company, has not yet managed this... (but sells invoice forms https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/elco-rechnungsformular-fuer-qr-rechnungen-1000x-formular-13191741) Wouldn't it be about time to introduce this here? Especially since Twint was kicked out? It's the same with e-bill. It would be incredibly practical, but it's nowhere to be found... A request to support was answered with: "I can imagine that we will implement this [QR invoices]"...

The price-performance ratio looks really good at first glance, but unfortunately neither here on digitec nor on the retailer's website is any detailed information given about the components installed (type of power supply, RAM, AIO, ...).     Access point with network operation and Ethernet

    I have an Ethernet connection (without PoE) in my flat, which leads to the landlord's router. I am allowed to use his WLAN network, but it is too weak in my home. Is it right that I need a switchbox there to connect the TV and an access point to it or is there an access point that has network operation and Ethernet and a connection for the TV?     The errors at galaxus are piling up...

    The last 2 orders alone were wrong deliveries and parcels declared as returns but simply not delivered. Really tedious if you've been waiting a long time anyway. It's becoming increasingly difficult to navigate genuine discussions when half the threads are cluttered with irrelevant links, fake promotions, or bot-like replies. I’ve always appreciated this community for its helpfulness and transparency, but lately, the signal-to-noise ratio has taken a hit. It’s not just annoying—it undermines the trust and credibility that Digitec has built over the years...For me at least! I hope the moderation team is aware and working on tightening the filters or improving account verification. A cleaner space would go a long way in keeping this forum valuable and welcoming for real users. Sure, I do report and the spam are usually deleted and the account banned but still... Would love to hear if others are experiencing the same—and if there’s anything we can do collectively to flag or report these issues more effectively. Also on a technical point of view there are solutions to prevent that...If someone would take the issue seriously!? Thanks for reading.

    Dell UltraSharp U4924DW Compatibility with "LENOVO ThinkPad X13 2-in-1 Gen 5"

    I have been the proud owner of a "Dell UltraSharp U4924DW" since 2012. Recently, the laptops (company) were replaced by new "LENOVO ThinkPad X13 2-in-1 Gen 5". Again and again the problem occurred that the LENOVO did not recognise the U4924DW via USB-C. After plugging it in and out several times, a connection was established. OK, I thought, problem with the USB-C interface on the new laptop, ordered a replacement. Conclusion, the same problem! This problem effectively only exists with this "LENOVO ThinkPad X13 2-in-1 Gen 5" in conjunction with this monitor. I have tried with laptops from DELL, HP and also with other models from LENOVO (Windows 10 or 11), absolutely no problem. Question: does anyone know this problem? Many thanks for your feedback
