Ladies and Gentlemen, I ordered new AirPods Max from you on 30/07/2025 and received a returned item. I contacted your company in advance by telephone to enquire about the authenticity (sealed) of the goods. The statement confirmed to me over the phone that it was original, VERSIEGELTE NEW GOODS turned out to be false. Incidentally, the conversation was recorded. The AirPods Max you supplied do not correspond to the item description. Contrary to your statement, they are not new goods, but returned goods. These business practices are incomprehensible, especially since returns are offered at a significantly lower price on your website. The AirPods Max were ordered on 30 July and received on 2 August. A check revealed that the product had already been registered with Apple on 22 May 2025. This means that a significant part of the regular Apple warranty (approx. two and a half months) has already expired. In addition, the original packaging was not sealed, as is usual for new Apple products. For these reasons, I am exercising my right to return the AirPods Max. In return, I expect an immediate refund of the payment I have already made. I recommend that all buyers who order Apple products from you make sure that the packaging is still shrink-wrapped. Otherwise, it can be assumed that the item has already been sold and returned several times.

Good evening, I have just received an e-mail from Galaxus telling me that my return has been rejected. Quote: "After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that we have to refuse the return as the serial number of the product does not match the original packaging. You will therefore receive a return. The serial number is an important identification feature that allows us to verify the authenticity and condition of the product. A discrepancy between the serial number on the product and the original packaging casts doubt on the origin and condition of the product." I ordered the item, PC fans of the Corsair brand, exclusively from Galaxus and carefully repackaged and shipped them with DHL. The way I see it, I am now being accused of fraud. Has anyone ever had a similar problem?

Does Galaxus currently have capacity problems? I placed the order at 17:31 on Thursday as I really wanted the goods tomorrow Sat. I also processed the order immediately so that the goods in stock would be dispatched immediately. Today Friday 22:37: "In stock, dispatch is being prepared" It is 100% understandable that not every order placed before 21:00 is delivered the following day, but not the day after next? I have also checked Saturday delivery: it is set correctly. And according to post.ch, I don't think it's due to the size of the packaging either: 88 x 20 x 12 cm and 7.33 kg. I've been a Digitec customer for years and have always been able to order on account. I have always paid my bills on time and since the last order I can no longer order on account. You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.

We may all remember: some time ago, Planzer came into play and caused a lot of displeasure. Deliveries suddenly stopped working, parcels went missing, etc... The list is endless. A week earlier, a similar spectacle: an order from Thursday should have arrived on Friday, suddenly it also said "delivery date unknown" and lo and behold, of course the parcel didn't arrive on Friday. Not even on Saturday... My question at this point, do other users also observe this? Because, since 01.01.25 I can say that in my case the orders are 100% NOT working. 2 orders and both of them were delayed. It is clear that mistakes can happen, but there seems to be a tendency here, at least for me.
