Hello everyone! Has anyone ever had any experience with the company SG Elektronik AG in St. Gallen (evisto.ch)? Digitec/Galaxus occasionally sells products on behalf of this company at quite attractive prices. Given the low prices, I wonder which lorry these products have fallen off. The website doesn't really make a good impression. I could be wrong of course, but trust is good, control is better. I'd be interested to hear what you think of the shop! Merci and regards

My robot hoover has been having problems for about 2 months now, it can no longer get home by itself. I requested a repair service and sent my product to Galaxus. After 2 weeks the product comes back, but again it does not work, plus it had another problem, the camera did not work. I send the product back, it comes back after 1 week, exact same problem. They hadn't solved anything! I contact customer service and they tell me they will refund the product. On 27.03 I send the product to support, it arrives the next day but no refund. The case is closed. I contact them for explanations and they tell me that they cannot find the product, that it probably arrived in the wrong place. Later they open a new case on 04.04 but again no refund. On 07.04.04 they received the product (after a good 12 days that it had been sent) but still no refund. I have contacted them several times and they always tell me that the refund will come within days, but unfortunately still nothing. Today 14.04 I contacted them again, but they tell me that I have to be patient, still no refund and they can't do anything, and they closed the conversation in my face: This is unacceptable, very bad customer service!

What does delayed delivery mean? The product was in stock and was described as being delivered the next day. Been waiting for a week. Even Amazon was quicker to receive after 3 days from DE. Also China was faster after 5days received.

Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems? Dear Community I would like to start a discussion after another frustration with Planzer. Unfortunately, I've already had many times that Planzer parcels could not be delivered on the intended day and I felt lost on the phone with customer service. I assume that some orders have also experienced this... If I could choose, I would always prefer Post, but with my last order I had no such option. Was that my fault and I overlooked it, or did I have no choice at all? What are your experiences? Planzer Paket has a 1.9 rating on Google. Many customers are not so happy... A lot of them, actually. What is Galaxus' view on this extremely poor customer rating? Unhappy customers are also bad for Galaxus, aren't they? Best wishes to all Manuel

For a few weeks now, I have unfortunately noticed that Digitec product pages keep having problems. The page loads, is displayed for about 1-2 seconds, and then the error message "Error Error in application" appears. It happens on my gaming PC at home, in the office on my Surface, on the Iphone, on the iPad... At first I thought it was due to the exceptional situation because of the Corona virus or the above-average number of people doing home offices, overloading of the CH network, etc. I was wrong. But today, Thu 04.06.2020, practically no one does home office any more and so on and so forth - but the error happens over and over again. .... what's going on?

Hello together I recently got a Wingo Internet connection with 5ghz and 1gbits performance. However, I have no reception in the office and am therefore looking for a repeater. However, it turned out that not all repeaters are compatible with the Internet Box 4 (supplied by Wingo). Can anyone recommend a good, available repeater that is compatible with this? I needed my ordered products for this weekend. I placed my order at the beginning of the week and Galaxus asked me if I would accept the slower delivery and have everything delivered on Friday to make logistics easier for them. I accept, today is Friday, I've only received 2 products out of 7, and the post office tells me they'll only deliver from next Tuesday because of Pentecost. It seems that when we accept slow delivery Galaxus makes us second class customers. I am very unhappy with this situation and will never accept slow delivery again.

Galaxus claims "Order by 9 p.m. today, receive your delivery tomorrow If you order by 9 p.m. on a weekday, we’ll dispatch your order that day as long as the items are in stock in our main warehouse. Your order will normally arrive the next working day (including Saturday, if you’ve allowed Saturday delivery in your account). Each product page features real-time information on availability." But this does not apply most of the time. Several orders now were delivered the day after tomorrow, even not during holiday season. This is annoying and was one of the strength of Galaxus. No explanation either why items in stock are not delivered right away...

yallo advertises the Home Fibre Box 2 with 2.4 / 5 / 6 GHz WLAN. The problem: I cannot find any clear reference to 6 GHz / Wi-Fi 6E in the Sagemcom manufacturer documentation. I also don't see a 6 GHz band in the router interface. To me, this currently looks like a rather dodgy advertising claim. Does anyone have the same box and can confirm this? Do you have a 6 GHz WLAN? What model number is on the router? Has yallo confirmed 6 GHz in writing? If 6 GHz is not available, yallo should urgently correct this information.

Hello I am very interested in the COSORI Dual Blaze TwinFry 10L Ceramic Hot Air Fryer with the model number: CAF-TF101S-AEUR CERAMIC Unfortunately I could not find this model at Galaxus or Digitec at the moment. For several years the general quality of product information and filtering is getting lower: - Incorrect image, or multiple images corresponding to different products - Incorrect or missing description - Incomplete or incorrect product data (meaning the product cannot be found when using the filter) - Horrible translations (Like "Cable Tonnerre" for a "Thunderbold Cable"). - In filters, there are duplicate values, incomprehensible text (Because of incorrect translation) This make finding product harder and harder. Some products can only be found with a search engine. This is making the shopping experience on Galaxus frustrating, especially when we suddenly get a different product. And the worse, is when Galaxus say "the product number matches". This is unacceptable. When various information are contradictory, we cannot know what is correct. And actually, how can we know, that actually a picture and a description that seems correct are actually for a different product than the product designated by the product number? Does it mean actually we should also google the product number for double check, because we should always assume everything is incorrect on Galaxus? When will Galaxus do something about it?

Hi Digitec It would be fun if you could add a statistics tab to your user profile with "fun facts". For example, how much you've spent on Digitec in total; which categories you've spent how much money on; how many hours you've spent on Digitec etc. (all optional, of course). I would be surprised in the long run and the data is certainly available.
