Manuka honey
Can anyone tell me which Manuka honey is suitable for abrasions? Is it better to use the 100+, 250+, 400+, 550+ or the one with 880+? Can you use any 100% honey? Or is it not advisable at all?

Looking for an actioncam that works without installing an app on the smartphone or similar. -- just like that -- works perfectly. Goal: recordings while skiing. Is something like this still available?

Hello everyone 👋 I've noticed that many promotions on the Galaxus homepage are displayed with static product images - e.g. for pans, food processors or other promotional items. How about using animated images or short GIFs here? For example, a small slideshow that shows different perspectives or functions of the product. This would not only generate more attention, but also give a better impression of the product. What do you think? Kind regards

Hello everyone, even more important than the valve height is actually the maximum permissible tyre width! I would like to be able to sort by tubes that fit 28 mm tyres (road bike) and those that fit 40 mm tyres (gravel).

For the children with the scooters, where you can't attach a rear light, I'm looking for a light that can be attached to the helmet somehow. Ideally with a long enough rubber band that can be looped between the helmet slits. I'm open to ready-made products, but also ideas for handicrafts. 😉

Hi, I was wondering if the power supplies come with the cables (those that go to the various components) or if we have to buy them ourselves?

Hello, I ordered a new TV on Tuesday afternoon and it was supposed to be delivered the next day by Planzer, at least that's what they promised. Later that afternoon on Wednesday, Planzer left another parcel from a different supplier on my doorstep without making itself known in any way, someone was definitely at home at the time. On Wednesday evening 21 September I receive an email from Planzer saying "Your parcel could not be delivered" and no further information. In response to my enquiry on Thursday, I receive "4 December 2025, 15:24 Renewed delivery triggered" Expected delivery 5.12. It is now Friday 5 December at 4.35 pm and there is still no parcel in sight. However, shortly before midday today a Planzer delivery van was on the road in our neighbourhood but didn't stop at our house and didn't deliver anything. I'm beginning to think it's more likely to be Christchind than a delivery today. Are these problems normal?

I have the "old" version of the Hyperboom from UE BOOM without USB-C connection. Unfortunately, I no longer have the power cable and would have to order a replacement cable. But I don't know which one is the right one for the connection. Does anyone have any experience?

Your company's dealings with the AFD and the way in which this political party is presented by you do not meet my expectations. As a long-standing customer, I will therefore no longer be placing orders with you in future and will be cancelling my Galaxus and Digitec accounts.

Hello together I have two monitors in use. One is a Philps 34SB (maximum resolution 3440X1440) and the other is an AOC CQ32G4 (maximum resolution 2560x1080). I'm currently using an HP DOK G5. But somehow it doesn't have enough power to run both monitors at their maximum resolution. Question: Which docking station has enough power to allow me to connect my Lenovo ThinkPad and achieve the maximum resolution on both monitors? Thank you in advance.

Hello... what has happened to the ram prices? They have become totally extortionate! Worse than in the corona times.

Extremely unpleasant experience report: I ordered the above product through Galaxus. I was not aware that Galaxus was acting as an intermediary and that I would then have to deal with the pet supplies. I received the shoes in question. There is nothing wrong with the product. But! I tried the shoes on our dog at home. I have to, don't I? In any case, my animal communication is not yet mature enough for me to ask her whether she can move in these shoes or not. Oh yes...and since it's an animal, of course it has hair. It's not a naked dog. And yes, I had only checked the outside of the shoes. So! I read that I have to register the return and write an email to info@tierbedarf.ch. They tell me that I have to register the return via Galaxus. A short time later, the item was in the post, I receive a returns number from Galaxus, so I assume that everything is correct. So then not the pet supplies. They send back 2 of the 4 shoes, the ones I tried on our dog. They were FULL of hair, as they said, and the return was not registered...so the email to info@tierbedarf.ch didn't count. And yes, there was hair in it, isolated (no sudden change of coat!!!) which I was able to remove wonderfully with a glue roller. So they look tiptop. I phoned the pet shop and spoke to the "specialist": He had sent the shoes back to me as they could only be cleaned on the inside to a limited extent. I told him that it had worked wonderfully. I had pulled the upper down as far as possible and cleaned them. Yes, but there was still hair at the bottom. That was his answer. Dear Mr Mauron... no, it didn't. I checked it again. With this answer, my patience ran out. He didn't want to take the shoes back...I could donate the shoes to an animal shelter....ähmm, wait a minute, 2 shoes...so the animals in the shelter also have 4 legs...right? Well then, thank you too! I would really appreciate it if someone from Galaxus could get in touch with me...here you also search fuselig to report the topic...so just here...

My son bought a https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/erazer-gaming-pc-recon-p40-md340026-prozessorfamilie-intel-1000-gb-16-gb-intel-core-i5-14400-pc-62083711 and wanted to use his headset. Either only the headset or the micro works. Depending on which socket the headset is plugged into. Is there a setting so that both work? Delock jack socket - 2 x jack plug is this an alternative?

What happened to this promotion? When I placed my order, it said from 13/11/2025 to 11/12/2025... In the meantime, the promotion can no longer be found. I have the items added to cart, the smartphone shows me CHF 999.- instead of the promised CHF 899.-. https://www.digitec.ch/de...

I have a question about product range planning in the 3D printing sector. QIDI is currently offering a very strong Black Friday deal on the EU site: The X-Max 3 still costs around 499 euros there instead of the regular 1,099 euros (plus EU VAT deduction). If you do the maths, the final price in Switzerland would still be significantly below the usual market prices despite the exemption from customs duties for importers. However, direct imports are unattractive for private customers, as shipping costs from the EU to Switzerland are above average worldwide. This is precisely where I see an opportunity for Galaxus: The printer is extremely competitive in terms of technology and price, and in my estimation there would be a clear demand in Switzerland for a reliable retailer to sell it professionally. A few points that make the X-Max 3 particularly attractive: - large installation space - CoreXY system with high stability - very good value for money - own, stable QIDI software (no immature open source fork) - High level of service: QIDI replaces filament boxes free of charge, for example, if older versions no longer meet its own quality standards - generally significantly fewer problems than many mainstream brands in the same price category From my point of view, the X-Max 3 would be a product that would sell very well at Galaxus - especially because comparable devices from other suppliers are usually offered at significantly higher prices in Switzerland. Could Galaxus look into the possibility of a direct purchase or a range test with QIDI (e.g. X-Max 3 or X-Plus 3)? The existing delivery times for other 3D printers suggest that EU logistics channels are already connected. QIDI could therefore be integrated relatively easily. With a good Black Friday price, I would very much like to purchase the printer directly from Galaxus - and I am convinced that many other technically orientated customers would see it the same way.

Hello Community, I am looking for a monitor max.27", HDR 10, min 120 Hz refresh rate. What would you recommend OLED or LCD.

You bloody radical left-wing AfD haters won't get a single franc of my "dirty" money! Fortunately, I just read about your lousy advertising, because I was planning to make a larger order for CHF 1,300! But I don't buy from left-wing radicals! Brack, Interdiscount, Foletti and Co. will certainly be very happy to take my thousands of francs! Digitec and Migros will never see me again either! I'd rather pay more elsewhere!

Is it possible to redeem several key club UBS vouchers for a single purchase?

Oh my goodness Digitec. The RAM model-specific information is about 95% wrong! I have DDR5 RAM and 32GB in the search filter. There are various DDR4 or then specified as 32GB in the data, but declared as 8GB in the description text!

Hello, I need your help. I am looking for a macOS compatible docking station to connect 2 screens. 1 screen is 1920x1080 144Hz and the other is 3440x1440 175Hz. I've tried several types of dock: Lenovo ThinkPad Dock (with DisplayLink Manager, not ideal) and an HP Thunderbolt Dock which didn't work for my Mac. If possible, I'm looking for a dock that can also supply power, has Ethernet and USB(-C) ports. Please help me, this docking stuff is a real pain !!! Thank you!

Hello community, I'm putting out an alert and I'd like to know if I'm the only one shocked by the quality of PCs from the Captiva and Avlano brands, which dominate Digitec. A few figures to start with: these two brands account for 5,170 references, or more than 84% of the "PC Gaming" range! But what's even more absurd is that less than 0.5% of this massive catalogue is actually in stock for next-day delivery. The real problem is that almost all of these machines, analysed at random, suffer from serious technical aberrations, designed to fool the unwary buyer. The pattern is always the same: The RAM is systematically sabotaged: Very often we find a single-channel configuration, which halves the bandwidth and causes a performance loss of 15 to 25% in games. A 2479 CHF PC (Captiva R89-085) sold with "1 x 64GB DDR5 5200MHz" is a technical heresy. The components are "No-Name": unbranded and uncertified power supplies (PSUs) and SSDs are installed, even on machines costing almost CHF 4,000 (Captiva R90-729). It's like playing Russian roulette with expensive hardware. Stability and security are sacrificed. Platforms are often obsolete: In 2025, PCs costing over CHF 1,000 (Captiva R88-503) are being sold on a 2017 AM4 platform, with no possibility of upgrading. My question is addressed directly to Digitec: how can your in-house expertise allow machines that are the antithesis of all good PC assembly practice to go by? It's a paradox that seriously damages your credibility. My approach is not to accuse, but to alert. So I ask you: am I the only one shocked by this situation? Is it normal for a reference brand to allow its catalogue to be dominated by thousands of phantom and technically dubious configurations? The debate is open. To end on a constructive note, there is one obvious solution: Digitec should launch its own range of 'Digitec Certified' PCs. 5 to 10 configurations, not 5000. Machines designed by your experts, totally transparent, that the community would be proud to recommend. It would be a real vote of confidence.
