Downgrading of GALAXUS services
Hello, I received the invoice/order 183453481 on 8 April. However, I did not receive the goods nor any advice on delivery. I have been a customer for several decades, long before MIGROS bought Digitec, and the service has deteriorated steadily. Receiving an invoice for payment in 20 days without receiving the goods is a serious matter. Not even a published GALAXUS e-mail address or telephone number.
