The description of Joule Performance states that they offer a 3-year guarantee including pick-up & return service - but the products themselves only have a 24-month bring-in guarantee (i.e. the legal minimum). Where does this discrepancy come from?

The 2-year manufacturer's guarantee does not apply to Philips Hue and Osram LED light sources. Brack, Migros, Jumbo and other retailers accept the guarantee. Digitec/Galaxus and MediaMarkt do not cover the manufacturer's warranty. The reason for this is understandable. Therefore, always check the product's warranty. Digitec sometimes shortens the manufacturer's guarantee. For example, PC power supplies usually have a 10-year warranty, but Digitec only grants a 2-year warranty or simply shortens it, which is not correct. In my opinion, Digitec/Galaxus should check the manufacturer's guarantees again, as not all of them are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, which is disadvantageous for the customer.

At least specialised cables have the "Max. data transfer rate" as a parameter in the product specification. Unfortunately, you cannot search for it in the category "USB cables", which makes it impossible to find, for example, a 120W and 40 Gbit/s cable or if higher USB 4 speeds are required, e.g. 120 Gbit/s. Thunderbolt 5 cannot be found either unless the name is in the product title. According to the USB-IF, these are the two parameters that should determine suitability.

I have been using a Netgear AC1200 Wifi Extender for the past 2 years now to allow my Enphase Envoy system for solar power reporting to connect to my Internet router. During that time, it was working fine, with a few rare stability issues. But in the last 2 weeks, the Enphase Envoy's connection to the wifi extender has become unreliable and drops almost immediately after I reconnect it. I tried restarting the Envoy and the Netgear repeater multiple times but that did not help. Finally I did a factory reset on the Netgear and reconfigured it, but it still gives an unstable connection with the Enphase Envoy. The Netgear is 8 years old, so is it possible that it's at the end of its life? The Enphase Envoy is in the basement in the laundry room, and the Netgear extender is in the games room in the basement, but the router is on the first floor, 2 floors above, and both the ground floor and fist floor have a light concrete base. It seems strange that the Netgear extender has only become unstable in the past few weeks, so that's why I'm wondering if it's at the end of it's life. I'm not sure if it's a factor but I turn off my router's Wifi every night, so maybe the continuous disconnection and reconnection are not good for this type of equipment? I'm thinking about buying a new wifi extender, but a little bit worried that I will have the same issues with the new device. I've read on forums that repeaters are bad because they do give poor performance, but i'll mainly be using it for the solar energy reporting, which I think is fairly low data traffic.

I have a small feature request that you can have your interns implement. A way to move products in the watchlist to another watchlist, e.g. by dragging and dropping. Since products are saved by default in the lowest or the currently expanded notepad, my notepads have become a mess and the only way to rearrange them is to delete items from the wrong notepad, open the correct list and note the product again. Hello everyone I currently have an HP docking station and use 2 screens with it and I'm really happy so far. I can connect our devices (Surface and Macbook Air) via USB-C and they charge straight away. That's great, but I don't always want to charge the devices. Even after a long search, I have not come across a docking station that can do the following: - Connection via USB-C - 2 x DisplayPort connections and or HDMI - Works for PC and also ideally Macbook Air / Apple - Charging function via USC-C can also be switched off so that you can work with the 2 monitors without charging the laptop.

Hello together I have been using over ear headphones for years. Bose Quiet comfort. Sony mx4 for short. Currently Sonos Ace. I'm dissatisfied with the quality of the Sonos when I'm on the phone. If I'm not shouting, the person I'm talking to doesn't understand me well. The Sony Mx4 was subterranean in terms of voice quality. I returned it after 2 days. Which one can you recommend and have you had good experiences? Thank you

For some time now, I have noticed that more and more electronic products are being supplied with a German plug (type F, Schuko) instead of the plug type used in Switzerland (type J), often without any labelling on the product. This practice is impractical and annoying from the customer's point of view in several respects: Space problem with sockets: the German plug requires significantly more space and often blocks neighbouring sockets, especially with multiple sockets. Need for an adapter: An additional adapter is required to be able to use the devices at all. These are often bulky and impair handling. Time-consuming replacement process: In many cases, a separate complaint has to be registered in order to obtain a suitable adapter or a plug replacement. This is cumbersome and causes unnecessary expense. As a Swiss customer, I expect products for the local market to be delivered with the right plug. I would therefore ask you to review your internal processes and supply chains and ensure that devices are supplied with a Swiss plug as standard or at least with a suitable, high-quality adapter. Thank you for your attention and I hope to see a rapid improvement on this point. Kind regards

Does anyone know if another router also works with Salt Fiber? Preferably directly on the fibre connection. Possibly also in combination with the Salt router in bridge mode (although I have the impression that bridge mode is not possible, at least in the current firmware version).

I am looking for a humidifier (evaporator) with a washable filter. Unfortunately, most of them have overpriced disposable filters that have to be replaced every 3 metres depending on use and produce a lot of waste. Do not search accordingly on Galaxus. Does anyone have any recommendations?

You really have a great handle on logistics. Suggestion for excellence - timing the cart: If I need something on Friday, I would like to time the shopping basket to Monday 12 noon, and then the order is triggered at 12 noon. But the cart remains open, and if something else comes to mind on Saturday, I add it. That would be "wow" Otherwise, keep up the good work.

That was the last time I ordered something from Galaxus. An absolute disaster, ordered on 22.10 (delivery date 24.10 to 29.10), on 29.10 still no shipping confirmation. After I was called back very quickly and information was sent to the supplier, the delivery date was corrected to 1 November to 4 November. Unfortunately still no information by 4 November, then changed to "delivery delayed" and €15 discount credited. Today (7.11) then cancelled, as there was again no information today as to when delivery will take place. The discount of course only brings something when delivered, ordered again (at Amazo) Monday delivery. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
