This composition impresses with a fine, balanced flavor. The raw coffee for this blend comes from Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, and Costa Rica. 5. Stoll Kaffee Brazil

In the third generation, Ricardo de Aguiar Resende and his wife Gisele cultivate organically certified coffee plants on a total of 250 hectares. On their farm in the Minas Gerais district, original plants are carefully reintroduced into the flora, while all steps of coffee production are carried out at the most modern technical and ecological level. The preservation of the ecological system and social responsibility shape the work on the farm, resulting in award-winning beans. The beans are dried under the sun along with their pulp.

6. Stoll Kaffee Peru

The Alto Paomar Cooperative was founded in 2001. It is located in the Chanchamayo region, which is in the Amazon River Basin. The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1200 to 1800 m, creating ideal conditions for Arabica cultivation. The cooperative consists of 126 members who each cultivate about 3-4 hectares of land with coffee and bring their coffees to Alto Palomar for processing. In Chanchamayo, the people are particularly concerned about biodiversity, so they grow coffee trees in the midst of other plants that provide shade for the trees. All coffee cherries are harvested and washed exclusively by hand.

7. Stoll Kaffee Mexico

This coffee comes from the state of Chiapas, and is grown around the nature reserve El Triunfo. This region is characterized by the volcanic mountain range Sierra Madre de Chiapas. The Arabica plants are shielded from the storms of the Pacific and still get enough rain and sun to develop ideally. The volcanic soils of this region, which are rich in iron at altitudes of 1200 - 1600 m, are ideal for the cultivation of excellent coffee. The harvest is done exclusively by hand. Equally meticulous is the strict quality control before the Berilo is exported. This coffee is full-bodied and balanced with subtle fruity notes. It has a medium spicy, delicate sweet-malty aroma. The balanced taste and very fine acidity combine with a medium, balanced body to create a velvety, pleasant mouthfeel. Gentle, sweet finish.

8. Stoll Kaffee Honduras

In 1999, Omar Rodriguez founded the initiative "Cooperativa Cafe-talera Capucas Limitada, COCAFCAL." COCAFCAL is committed to better utilizing environmental, financial, and human resources to improve both the quality of life for local families and the quality of coffee grown in the Copan region. The village of Copucas is located in western Honduras, close to the well-known national park "Celaque" (which translates to "water box"). Due to the favorable soil and climate conditions, the land around this small village is ideal for coffee cultivation. Annually, 181 tons of raw coffee are produced, which is sold out just a few weeks after the harvest ends.
