Tropical Mountains organic capitano

Directly from the coffee farmers: Discover the medium-dark roasted coffee blend Capitano in home-compostable coffee capsules for the Nespresso system. The blend includes Peruvian organic Arabica and organic Robusta coffees, as well as Colombian organic Arabica, all sourced through direct fair trade and traditionally roasted gently in Switzerland. Capitano impresses coffee gourmets with notes of grapefruit, dark chocolate, and nuts. Its full-bodied character makes it suitable for all espresso preparations. Like all coffee capsules from Tropical Mountains, Capitano is produced climate-neutral, Fair Trade, and certified organic, as well as packaged without aluminum. Tropical Mountains offers organically produced coffee from the family farm of the Peruvian-Swiss couple Gisella Iriarte and Thomas Schwegler, as well as from farmers in the same growing region. Coffees from around the world complement the range and meet the Schwegler's criteria: organic cultivation, climate neutrality from coffee plant to finished cup, direct fair trade, and a specialty coffee rating by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) with a minimum of 80 points.
