Preparation: Steep 1 tablespoon of tea in 1 liter of water at 70 - 80°C for 5 minutes. Add honey to taste. Drink hot or chill. In summer, it is recommended to steep for 3 hours outside the refrigerator and 3 hours in the refrigerator to make it sweeter and more refreshing. Sicily is told through its flavors and aromas.
