Preparation: 1 tablespoon of tea in 1 litre of 70 - 80° hot water. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Add honey if desired. Drink hot or chill. In summer, it is advisable to steep for 3 hours outside the fridge and 3 hours in the fridge to make it sweeter and more refreshing. Sicily is told through its flavours and aromas. It is too easy to remember only the typical dishes such as cassata alla siciliana, cannoli siciliani with ricotta filling, caponata, pasta alla norma, and many others.
