The high Robusta bean content of 70% creates a rich crema that is dense and hazelnut brown. Truly a typical Neapolitan. Thanks to the dark roasting from Southern Italy, the espresso is low in acidity and caffeine. Elmir is an excellent base for cappuccino or latte macchiato.
