This Belgian fruit beer of the highest quality is brewed with real cherries based on a noble blend of Oud Bruin and Goudenband. The elegant packaging made of tissue paper and a real champagne cork emphasize the premium nature of this fruit beer. The blend of Oud Bruin and Goudenband consists of various vintages and 15 to 20 batches of different brewing processes. Fresh dark cherries with pits (13 kg per hectoliter) then mature for at least 18 months. The aroma of fruity-sour cherries in this reddish-brown specialty beer is mouthwatering. It has a very pleasant sparkle, while the strong cherry fruit aroma takes center stage. Sour and refreshing, this noble fruit beer is rather dry despite a delicate fruit sweetness - with a hint of almond bitterness in the finish. It is served at 6-10 degrees Celsius in a slender beer glass.
