Feldschlösschen Original is well-balanced and radiantly pale yellow. The subtly bitter hop note and the pleasantly beer-like taste make this Swiss lager truly unique. Its fruity-floral aroma is accompanied by a delicate hop note. Feldschlösschen Original quenches even the greatest thirst and is perfect for any occasion – whether for an aperitif, at a regulars' table, with a meal, or simply for a casual drink. The classic among lagers is the perfect companion for a BBQ or Swiss dishes. Its uniqueness is attributed to its traditional brewing method and carefully selected ingredients. The Feldschlösschen brewery was founded in 1876 by brewer Theophil Roniger and farmer Matthias Wüthrich in Rheinfelden. Since its first brew, Feldschlösschen has grown to become the largest brewery in Switzerland and continues to brew beer in the castle in Rheinfelden to this day, adhering to the highest modern standards and quality.
