100% premium Arabica beans. Terra or earth, like the reddish clay typical of Minas Gerais, is our light-coloured Arabica roast. The coffee owes its balanced flavour to the "honey-processed" preparation method. This makes Terra a wonderful coffee for every day - whether as an espresso or lungo. Every Terra bean comes from our family-owned Fazenda Ipiranga. This means we can guarantee full transparency along the entire value chain - from the field to the finished coffee in the cup. We grow Arabica coffee at Fazenda Ipiranga. Arabica is considered to be the coffee plant with the finest beans and the highest quality. To ensure that Cosmo Coffee can guarantee this quality, we work with a selected partner from the seedlings of our coffee plants - so we can guarantee the best flavour for our coffee right from the start. The Goodlife Company roastery is at the cutting edge of roasting trends. For this reason, the innovative roastery is responsible for the lighter-coloured, Nordic roasting of the beans for our Terra coffee.
