Scuro - the morning fist in the face. Scuro is our strongest and most caffeinated roast. The coffee impresses with intense flavours of dark chocolate and roasted malt. An aftertaste of roasted hazelnuts rounds off the flavour experience. With a full-bodied flavour, a velvety crema and pleasantly low acidity, Scuro is the ideal basis for a strong cappuccino or the perfect espresso to wake you up for the day. Flavour notes: dark chocolate, roasted malt. Aftertaste: roasted hazelnuts. Body: full-bodied. Acidity and sweetness: reduced acidity and medium sweetness. Composition: 70% Robusta from India, processed washed; 30% Arabica from Brazil, processed pulped natural. Organically grown and fairly traded.
