Caffè Peru is a very balanced coffee made from 100% Arabica beans. The beans come from Peru and have very low bitterness and acidity, resulting in a harmonious flavor. The roasting is done in traditional drum roasters using a long-term roasting process at controlled low temperatures. This roasting method, powered by 100% biogas, is unique throughout Switzerland. By using 100% biogas, we make a significant contribution to reducing CO2 emissions. This gourmet coffee is sourced from fair trade and organic farming, and is 100% fair trade and 100% organic.
