Caffè Peru is a very well-balanced coffee made from 100% Arabica beans. The beans come from Peru and have very low bitterness and acidity, resulting in a harmonious flavor. The roasting process using 100% biogas is unique throughout Switzerland. The beanarella coffee beans are roasted in traditional drum roasters using a long-term roasting method at controlled low temperatures. By using 100% biogas, we make a significant contribution to reducing CO2 emissions. This gourmet coffee is sourced from fair trade and organic farming, being 100% fair trade and 100% organic.
