Shu Uemura Izumi Tonic Strengthening Conditioner

Izumi Tonic is a strengthening care conditioner with rice water for brittle hair. Izumi, which means "spring" in Japanese, is inspired by yu-su-ru, the ancient Japanese tradition of bathing hair in rice water. This lightweight conditioner strengthens and thickens the hair fiber, provides moisture, and gives the hair a radiant shine. The hair becomes soft, smooth, and full of vitality.

Application: After cleansing with Izumi Tonic Shampoo, apply to the lengths and ends of the hair, leave on for 5 minutes, and rinse out. Finish with Izumi Tonic Serum.
