Manuloc Rhizo provides secure support for the wrist and thumb thanks to the integrated and anatomically shaped aluminum rods. At the beginning of therapy, immobilization of the joints is the priority, while gradual muscle training is important for long-term recovery. A Velcro strap on the thumb allows for the adjustment of the support, enabling controlled movement release in the thumb's metacarpophalangeal joint. Once sufficient mobility is restored, the thumb support can be completely removed. This allows for grasping movements with all fingers, further stabilizes the hand, and reduces the risk of subsequent injuries. The flat design made of micro Velcro suede can be easily worn under clothing, does not snag, and is particularly lightweight.
