Application: Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of the lotion to the back of your hand. Spread the lotion over the entire surface of the back of your hand. Carefully massage the lotion into the spaces between your fingers and along the sides of your fingers. This will also nourish the palms of your hands. Apply the cream to your nails and nail folds. Any remaining cream should then be massaged into the back of your hand.

Instructions for use
Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of lotion to the back of your hand. Spread the lotion over the entire surface, back of hand to back of hand. Massage the lotion carefully into the spaces between the fingers and the edges of the fingers. The palms of the hands are also treated at the same time. Apply the cream to the nails and nail folds. The remainder of the cream is then massaged into the backs of the hands.
