The callus file made from Swiss beech wood (FSC certified) is largely handcrafted. The wood from cultivated forests is very stable and shape-retaining, finished with a water-based lacquer that provides optimal protection against water and alcoholic substances. Do not soak the file in water or an alcoholic solution; only briefly dip it. The different sanding sheets, 60 and 100 grit, are antimicrobial and treated with Sanitized technology. This provides lasting protection against microbial infestation. It permanently prevents the formation of unpleasant odors and the degradation of the material.
