The callus file made from Swiss beech wood (FSC certified) is largely handcrafted. The wood from cultivated forests is very stable and retains its shape well. It is coated with a water-based varnish that offers optimal protection against water and alcoholic substances. The file should not be soaked in water or an alcoholic solution, but can be briefly dipped. The different sanding sheets with 60 and 100 grit are antimicrobial and treated with Sanitized, providing lasting protection against microbial contamination. This effectively prevents the formation of unpleasant odors and the degradation of the material.
