Application: Evenly distribute the rinse throughout the hair after washing - use a walnut-sized amount for short hair, two walnut-sized amounts for medium-length hair, and three walnut-sized amounts for long hair. Leave the emulsion on for 2 to 5 minutes, depending on the desired intensity, and then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Use every second or third hair wash.
