Product details
Art. No.: 300081349 Product Name: XF-49 Khaki Matt 23ml Tamiya X and XF acrylic paints are made from water-soluble acrylic resins and are excellent for brush painting or application with airbrush spray devices. These paints can be used on styrene resins, polystyrene, wood, and all common modeling plastics. For better adhesion, we recommend priming the respective material beforehand. The paint provides good coverage, flows smoothly, and is easy to mix. Before curing, the paint can be washed away with regular water. Colors marked with "X" have a glossy finish, while those labeled "XF" are matte. For use with airbrush spray devices, the X/XF paints should be thinned with Tamiya X-20A acrylic thinner. The X/XF paints can also be thinned with Tamiya lacquer thinner, which allows for faster drying results and a harder surface finish. By adding Tamiya Paint Retarder, you can achieve a smoother paint surface after drying (max mixing ratio 1:10).
