No.: 300081327 Product Name: XF-27 Matte Black-Green 23ml Tamiya X and XF acrylic paints are made from water-soluble acrylic resins and are excellent for brush painting or application with airbrush spray devices. These paints can be used on styrene resins, polystyrene, wood, and all common modeling plastics. For better adhesion, we recommend a prior priming (Tamiya Primer, e.g., 300087044 Primer White) of the respective material. The paint provides good coverage, flows smoothly, and is easy to mix. Before curing, the paint can be washed away with regular water. Colors marked with "X" have a glossy finish, while those marked "XF" are matte. For use with airbrush spray devices (depending on the nozzle used, 0.25 – 0.50mm), the X/XF paints should be thinned with Tamiya X-20A Acrylic Thinner. The X/XF colors can also be thinned with Tamiya Lacquer Thinner. This allows for faster drying results and a harder surface finish. By adding Tamiya Paint Retarder, you will achieve a smoother paint surface after drying (max mixing ratio 1:10).
