The display model is a replica of the McDonnell F-4 C Phantom II, which was designed in the late 1950s as a carrier fighter for the Navy. The fighter features a one-piece fuselage for easy assembly and metal die-cast landing gear to ensure a stable stand once the aircraft is completed. The canopy and air brake can be mounted in either an open or closed position. The Tamiya model kit version impresses with its precision fit and attention to detail.
