The licensed Willys Jeep was released to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day and the Battle of Normandy and is marked with a special logo from the organisers of the official anniversary celebrations. The Allied landing in Normandy on 6 June 1944 was one of the most significant events of the Second World War and had a profound impact on its course.
