Cobi 24518 Jeep Willys CJ-2A

After the company Willys-Overland produced a small off-road vehicle for the army in 1944, a production variant for private customers was launched the following year, marked with the factory code CJ-2A. The first generation of the Willys CJ introduced, on a large scale, the characteristic body proportions that would define later Jeep models, including prominently shaped fenders, a convex hood, round headlights positioned closely together, and vertical bars of the grille.

The licensed 1:35 scale model made from building blocks of the Jeep Willys CJ-2A features specially designed elements with the distinctive Willys grille and window frames. The model has rotating wheels and is sized to be compatible with COBI mini-figures.
