Who really knows if the poisoner Voison sold a slow-acting deadly poison, the famous 'inheritance powder', to nobles at the French court before or after husbands in England were granted the right to annul their marriages if their wives misled them about their height with high-heeled shoes?

Anno Domini is different! Here, know-it-alls have no chance, as it’s not about precise knowledge or answering questions. Instead, each player tries to get rid of all their cards—featuring the most peculiar events—before anyone else. Players must place their cards in the center of the table in such a way that they arrange the events in the correct chronological order. However, the events are often so bizarre that only a strong bluff can help. Each player takes turns adding a new event to the chain until someone expresses doubt, at which point the chain is checked. Those who were wrong must draw penalty cards from the pile, which they also need to get rid of. ... and with the next chain of events, the doubts of the other players begin to grow.

The simple game mechanics and the quirky events guarantee long-lasting and always varied fun! The series are sorted by thematic areas, but the scope within each theme is broad. Of course, each series can be played on its own. However, the game gains an additional appeal when the series are mixed together.
