Question about Husqvarna 305 Automower
When the unit was switched on for the first time, a PIN code was requested, apparently one had already been set. No new code could be set, nor was there a note or similar with a code anywhere in the packaging. So the device is currently half-installed and unfortunately useless. This is, of course, highly unsatisfactory. How can I get the code as quickly as possible? The same question, including the serial number, goes to the customer service.

Hello CDiezi. I had exactly the same problem last week. The only way to solve it was to contact Galaxus customer service with the serial number of the mower. They told me the pin code today. I'll have to test it this evening to see if it really works. But I strongly assume that it will. LG and much patience while waiting...
the PIN is printed on the delivery note/invoice!
